We are The Incredible Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, the largest Christmas store in the south. We will be telling you about our store, our products and services, our new Inn at Christmas Place, and East Tennessee. We strive to spread the spirit of Christmas every day of the year.
Founded in 1986, The Incredible Christmas Place is the South’s largest Christmas gift and decorations store. Our collection of Village Shops includes Mrs. Claus’ Candy Kitchen (sweets and snacks), The Boutique (including Vera Bradley and Crabtree & Evelyn products), Toys & Trains, Ornament Personalizing Gallery, Santaland, and Second Nature.
In 2007, The Inn at Christmas Place, a Bavarian-style hotel with Christmas decorations and themed rooms and suites, joined the Christmas Place family, just across the parkway from the shops.

We are going to incorporate this blog into our new Christmas Place Community, which is still under construction. As we are anxious to get started, we decided to open the conversation here, and later this year we’ll move into www.christmasplace.com. In the mean time, come back again and join in as we talk about all things Christmas; learn more about our store and inn, located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains; and pick up some great decorating, food, and fun tips for your next Christmas. We just came back from the Christmas Inn…this Place is so wonderfull. This is our second year that we stayed and my only regrat is that we dont get to go more often. Our home is full of beautiful things from the Christmas Place. The store is full of wonderful things.
I would love to visit this wonderful Inn.
The Christmas Place shops and The Inn at Christmas Place are owned and operated by the Biggs family, and three generations of the family are actively working here every day! Mrs. Marion Biggs, our founder, still loves to answer the phone, take orders, and talk to customers every day. This is a true family affair, and some of our staff have been with the store since it first opened in 1986, too.
The spirit of the owners of the store is really reflected in the the way we treat our customers. We could not serve our customers as well as we do were the owners not demonstrating that same service and care to staff.
When you come in October, not only will the trees and mountains around us be beautiful, we’re planning for you to have a truly beautiful experience here at the store and the Inn!
